Flavors & Senses – The Best for 2015: Winners

capaxThis year our Top was renewed once again, with the inclusion of Two New categories, OUT OF DOORS RESTAURANT and WINE SERVICE, and also with the inclusion of 5 nominees in each category, because we intend to show there’s not only one restaurant or only one name worthy of highlight, but several and each one of them could perfectly be the winner.

But, of course, we had to elect one, we once again resorted to a wide number of voters, this year there were 126 people, among entrepreneurs, journalists, critics, bloggers, chefs, wine producers and guests of recognized value.

PROVA, Wine, Food & Pleasure was the chosen stage for a fun evening, in which we gathered the majority of the nominees (It was not an easy task) in a relaxed environment, informal and very fun. And for that contributed greatly the excellent wines of Anselmo Mendes, Contacto 2014 and the exclusive Parcela Única 2012, the amazing canned goods of Pinhais, the great prosciutto and delicatessen of Bísaro, the delicious olive oil from Acushla, the great bread from Pão de Gimonde, and to finish, a must, the Pudim Abade Priscos of Doçaria Cruz de Pedra.
