Following this, the iconic\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Potato \u201cBravas&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, double-cooked and filled with spicy sauce, topped with aioli\u2014a timeless dish, perfectly executed.
