The bar is divided into two distinct areas: Elementary, with a casual and relaxed atmosphere, and Tayer, which offers a more sophisticated and experimental experience.<\/p>\n

Bergamot Margarita<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We will now shift our attention to Elementary<\/strong>, the establishment we visited during our last time in London. The ambiance is welcoming and relaxed, boasting a contemporary and minimalist design. It includes a large counter, oversized windows, and light panels showcasing the cocktails. Combining industrial elements and wooden touches creates an inviting and vibrant atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Frozen Yuzu Margarita<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

At Elementary, the concept is not just simple, but unique: the democratization of cocktail making. It is a day-to-day bar with extended hours throughout the day. All cocktails are pre-batched, served in the same glass, and with the same ice cube. But no detail is left to chance; we are in the hands of some of the world\u2019s most creative bartenders. In fact, during our visit, it was possible to see Kratena in the lab making all the necessary preparations.<\/p>\n

Black Walnut Negroni<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The pre-batched system, or pre-made cocktails, creates a more relaxed atmosphere at the bar. The team spends more time chatting and explaining each cocktail on the menu. Amid conversations about ingredients, preferences, football, and cinema, we sampled expertly crafted cocktails like the Black Walnut Negroni, the Frozen Yuzu Margarita, and the Bergamot Margarita.<\/p>\n
