It was my first encounter with<em> Gucci Giardino 25<\/em>, which had just opened. It is a space that opens up to the city throughout the day, from morning coffees and breakfast to afternoon tea and, of course, lively evenings that attract both fashionistas and cocktail enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>The menu reflects this, offering various options throughout the day, from Italian pastries to pasta and the finest charcuterie cuts selected with the guarantee of <em>Massimo Bottura<\/em> and his <em>Gucci Osteria<\/em>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_32966\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-32966\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/giardino25-21-e1709808537603.jpg\" rel=\"mfp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-32966 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/giardino25-21-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-32966\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">M\u00e9moire di Negroni &#8211; gin, white vermouth, Luxardo bitter bianco, yuzu sake, grapefruit bitter<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As mentioned earlier, the bar is led by <em>Martina Bonci<\/em>, whose signature is easily found throughout the menu. A cocktail that provided us with an explosion of umami flavors, with all kinds of sweet and salty notes, further enriched when paired with cheese. More than mixology, chemistry, and even a bit of haute cuisine, the bartender is a listener, a natural communicator, and a master of hospitality.
