Something quite difficult in wine producing countries, like France and now Turkey, but with an excellent outcome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Georges-6.jpg\" rel=\"mfp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6911\" src=\"http:\/\/www.flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Georges-6.jpg\" alt=\"Georges - 6\" width=\"540\" height=\"801\" srcset=\"https:\/\/flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Georges-6.jpg 540w, https:\/\/flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Georges-6-202x300.jpg 202w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><em>Pombal do Vesuvio 2009 at Le Fumoir<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Turkey, in particular, the Portuguese presence is limited to one or another Port Wine brand, served without great mastery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let\u2019s start with the <em>Pombal do Vesuvio 2009;<\/em>\u00a0this starting vintage of the brand is much more than just a starter wine, with a blend of <em>Touriga Nacional<\/em>, <em>Touriga Franca<\/em> and <em>Tinto C\u00e3o<\/em>, the wine is concentrated, with a complex nose that travels between forest fruits and spices. It is delicious in the mouth, with a light touch of pepper, elegant tannins and a long ending.
