One of those spaces is owned by <strong>Jos\u00e9 Avillez, whom arrived to Porto and debuted outside \u201chis\u201d Chiado with <em>Cantinho do Avillez<\/em>,<\/strong> which quickly became famous, with full house reservations, taking home the <strong>award of Trendy Restaurant<\/strong>. With the absence of Jos\u00e9 Avillez (traveling) was S\u00f3nia Carocha, manager of the space, who received the award in his name.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Restaurante-Trendy-Cantinho-do-Avillez.jpg\" rel=\"mfp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7448\" src=\"http:\/\/www.flavorsandsenses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Restaurante-Trendy-Cantinho-do-Avillez.jpg\" alt=\"Restaurante Trendy - Cantinho do Avillez\" width=\"540\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><em>S\u00f3nia Carocha\u00a0representing Cantinho do Avillez, winner of the Trendy Restaurant award <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rui Paula,<\/strong> after winning the Chef of the Year award in 2014,<strong> grew roots in Le\u00e7a da Palmeira with his famous <em>Casa de Ch\u00e1 da Boa Nova<\/em>,<\/strong> where he recreated and elevated the bar of his cuisine, and therefore took home the <strong>Signature Restaurant award<\/strong>, among nominees like <em>The Yeatman<\/em>, <em>Pedro Lemos<\/em>, <em>Palco<\/em> and <em>Ast\u00f3ria<\/em>. To this category were nominated <em>Ferrugem<\/em> (Famalic\u00e3o),<em> S\u00e3o Gi\u00e3o<\/em> (Moreira de C\u00f3negos), <em>DOC<\/em> (Armamar), <em>Solar Bragan\u00e7ano<\/em> (Bragan\u00e7a) and the starred <em>Largo do Pa\u00e7o<\/em> (Amarante). Following, the category of <strong>Chef to Watch<\/strong>, were we intend to award a young chef that is already doing a great work with his cuisine and promises a lot more in the future. Here we asked <strong>all the nominees to come forward, and they all received a personalized Olive Oil bottle from <em>Acushla<\/em> and also<em> B\u00edsaro<\/em> products<\/strong>. and prosciutto with a 30 month cure<\/strong>, made from animals fed with chestnuts, producing a sweeter and silkier meat than that from their \u201c<em>relatives<\/em>\u201d fed with acorn.<\/p>\n<p
