From the expensive black Truffles of <em>P\u00e9rigord<\/em> (France) or the even more pricey White one&#8217;s from <em>Alba<\/em> (Italy), truffles exist a little bit all over the world with better or worst quality. One of the features\u00a0that make truffles so expensive\u00a0 goes behind their unique aromas, but also their exclusivity and the way they are cached, like a hunt, in a relation of friendship and dedication of the hunter and his dog. Originally they used Pigs (truffle hogs) that have an innate ability to sniff out truffles, but they ate\u00a0many of truffles they found and the destruction of the truffle&#8217;s <em>mycelia, <\/em>which\u00a0dropped the production.\u00a0 So hunters started to train dogs to sniff for truffles.
