Principe di Piemonte<\/i> was borne in the 20s, a time of prospection of the Viareggio city, which had become one of the most important beach resorts in Europe. Hotels were sprouting along the coast defining a characteristic architecture, combining some Renaissance revival with Art Deco and Art Nouveau. During its almost 100 years, the Hotel suffered occasional architectural changes until 2004, when it was renewed and modernized without taking its elan and aristocratic soul.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 Imperial influenced room\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The view is stunning from any part of the hotel, whether facing the ocean or the gorgeous Apennine Alps covering the city. It serves also for lovers of Beach Polo, with one of the most important European tracks located near the hotel. It is composed by 87 bedrooms and 19 suites, wide and spacious, with different decorations over the different floors of the hotel, from a colonial style to oriental, deco<\/em>, imperial or modern ones. All without mischaracterizing the hotel\u2019s image and charm. It has also beautiful halls, ideal for meetings \u00a0and appointments.<\/p>\n

The Pool is one of the Ex Libris of Principe di Piemonte<\/i>, located on the hotel\u2019s roofing, allowing us to get away from the beaches confusion, taking refuge in its comfort and breathtaking view.<\/p>\n

Another space of election is the balcony, with a lovely winter garden, ideal for a late afternoon in good company, enjoying the good selection of drinks provided by the bar.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a> Dinner at the restaurant Regina<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

One of its strengths is, undoubtedly, the Gastronomy with the focus on two restaurants: the gastronomic Piccolo Principe<\/i>, which has a Michelin star, functioning on the roofing during Spring and Summer, and the Regina<\/i>, serving Tuscan and international cuisine, both under the command of the young chef Giuseppe Mancino. At Regina\u2019s<\/i>, we tasted simple dishes with good ingredients, namely local shellfish, executed with technical and aesthetic accuracy.<\/p>\n
