Yesterday in London was the big night for Best Restaurants in the World. The Rank by itself follows and dictates gastronomic trends, so the presence among the big players in the culinary game is not only a prize for their work, but also a guarantee that they are fully booked for the next year.
This year, however, when everyone, or almost everyone, was thinking that the Roca brothers would keep the 1st Place (El Cellar de Can Roca), the title escaped once again to the hands of René Redzepi from Noma, that won from 2010 to 2012.
Portugal keeps one presence in the top 50, with Vila Joya, that this year climbs to the 22nd place of the list. Showing that Dieter Koschina and Matteo Ferrantino are living their best moment.
Spain keeps the leadership with 7 restaurants, being the drops of Mugaritz (now in 6th place) and Quique Dacosta their biggest losses.
