As I said before in the article about Paris, our blog and the BLACKLANE service became partners, a luxury transportation company founded in 2011, which nowadays is spread over more than 130 cities all over the world and that excels in the usability (simply using the App in a mobile device) and in the quality of the service.
During our stay in Istanbul we used this service three times, with mid-range vehicles (Mercedes E and BMW 5 series), always with the greatest punctuality and a flawless service. Moreover, due to a delay on our part, one of the drivers had to wait over 30 minutes for us, without that becoming a problem.
All the cars we used were immaculate, with a nice driver with good presentation and some amenities, like water and some snacks.
We loved the quality of the driver service and the kindness with which they tried to clarify all our doubts, a five star service, for sure. In the end, and taking in account the usual traffic in Istanbul, we always arrived in time to our destination.
